This page explains how to request deletion of the data that AUTO CEO MILESTONE (오토사장) collects. It is provided in English for reviewers and for users who do not read Korean. The Korean text above is the authoritative version.

1. Deleting your account and personal data

• Delete it yourself (immediate) — sign in, open My Page, expand “회원 탈퇴” (Delete account) at the bottom of the page, and type the confirmation phrase. Your personal information is erased right away and your account is locked, so you can no longer sign in. This cannot be undone.
• Why the account is locked rather than erased — Korean law requires us to keep payment and transaction records for 5 years (see section 3 below), and those records are tied to the account. We therefore remove every piece of identifying information and permanently disable sign-in instead of dropping the account row. Because the account still exists, you cannot sign up again with the same email address; if you need to rejoin, email us using the address below.
• Email us — if you cannot sign in, send a message titled “Data Deletion Request” to ccv1599@gmail.com, including the email address or phone number you signed up with. We will verify your identity and then delete your account and the related data.

Deletion covers your account profile (email, name, phone number, and any optional gender, birth year, occupation and business name), course and consultation applications, consultation notes, message delivery logs, and service usage records (page visits, content progress, chatbot conversations). The self-service option handles your profile, the personal information stored in your applications, and your course access immediately; email us if you also want the remaining records removed.

2. Deleting Instagram-related data

When you comment on one of our Instagram posts, we may send you a one-time private reply (DM) containing the material you asked for. To avoid sending duplicates, we store only the comment ID and whether a reply was sent — we do not store the comment text.

• You can delete your comment on Instagram at any time, and you may decline DMs or block our account.
• To delete the stored comment ID and delivery record, email ccv1599@gmail.com with the subject “Instagram Data Deletion Request” and your Instagram username.
• Per Meta platform policy, only one private reply is sent per comment.

3. Processing time

After we verify your identity, we delete the requested data without undue delay and in any case within 30 days, and we notify you of the result. Records that Korean law requires us to retain — records of contracts and withdrawal of subscription (5 years), records of payment and supply of goods (5 years), records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution (3 years), and records of advertising (6 months), all under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce — are stored separately for the required period and then destroyed. They are not used for any other purpose.
